Q1: How can I purchase your goods?
Please contact us via email or call to specify the items you need. Providing detailed information such as item numbers and required quantities will help us give you a direct quotation faster.
Q2: How long is the production lead time?
Usually, it takes around 40-55 days to finish production depending on the order volume. If your order is urgent, we can expedite the process if raw materials are in stock.
Q3: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. After confirming the design, samples can be sent via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Small item samples may be provided free of charge, while larger furniture items require a small fee that can be refunded upon ordering.
Q4: What are your accepted payment terms?
For mass production, we require a 30% T/T deposit before production and the 70% balance upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight and PayPal.
Q5: Is it possible to inspect the quality before delivery?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our factory personally, or you can appoint a third-party inspection company to verify the quality of the goods before they are shipped.
Q6: Do you participate in any professional trade fairs?
Yes, we regularly attend major exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and Jinhan Fair in April and October every year to showcase our latest furniture designs.
